VegFest and Evil Heat!

Wow, the last two days have been INSANE!
We made enough batches of marshmallows to fill 150 bags of marshmallows for VegFest in Bristol... Everything was going well, and then the sun and heat came out...
Since MM hasn't been through a summer yet, we didnt know how our yummies were going to fare! Our marshmallows must now ALWAYS been stored in the fridge during the summer!!
This has been a valuable lesson learnt... the hard way, but learnt!
Now, I'm going to go and have a very long sleep! 3, 19 hour days back to back in the heat, have shattered me!

MANIC!

Walked to the shop this morning and bought ALL the sugar they had in stock... this then resulted in me carrying home 7kg of sugar! Arms of steel... ahem, jelly now!
I've since made 3kg of Candy Floss Vegan Marshmallows and 3kg of Vanilla Vegan Marshmallows... then tomorrow, 3kg of Strawberry Vegan Marshmallows and 3kg of Raspberry Vegan Marshmallows!
Got our big fair on Sunday... then next week, another whole sale order to do for a new company!

I'm going to go and chill now.. sleep!

Sunday 20th!

Been trying to be very good and not think ahead while we still have orders and whole sale stock to make... BUT! We've come up with a couple of delicious new flavours for you all at the Enjoy Festival in Bath next Sunday!
Marshmallow HQ smells DIVINE! Photo's to follow... but don't want to spoil the surprise for all those the event! Our new flavours are to die for!

Crazy Week!

Wow!
This has been our busiest week so far in Marshmallow HQ! We've had 3 Whole Sale Orders and another next week, tonnes of orders including new orders from France and the Isle of Wight AND we've got a major event at Bath's Enjoy Festival next Sunday!
Absolutely loving it!! Made a lot of decisions regarding MM this week, so stay tuned!
