**NEW** Orange Swirl Cookies!

I was trawling the net, looking for yummy Gluten Free Cookies which WEREN'T chocolate chip and came up with a gluten free alternative of the 'pin wheel'.
Instead of using two 'sheets' of pastry, I used one sheet of sweet pastry, and then lathered it in Orange Marmalade! To finish (and just before I popped them into the oven), I glazed the tops with sugar to add a 'crunch'.

They taste lovely! Next time- strawberry or blackcurrant jam! want more colour!
